Outstanding Estonian companies were recognized at the festive award gala “Estonian businesses of the year 2022 “.

Congratulations to one of favorite lecturers of our students, Professor Andres Kuusik. He accepted the Entrepreneurship Development Award 2022 given to sTARTUp Day. As an idea author of the most startup-minded business festival sTARTUp Day and a leader of many more brilliant initiatives like CDL-Estonia, we want to thank you for all your hard work. Also the Entrepreneurship Development Award 2022 was given to our good partner Solaride.

“This particular award is a great recognition for the entire community of Tartu, which is engaged in business development. The great thing about Tartu is that things are done together, and sTARTUp Day is also the fruit of doing things together. I would like to thank the whole team, sponsors and bright-eyed young people who have given sTARTUp Day a special atmosphere, where you want to come and where a lot is going on,” commented Andres Kuusik, the founder of sTARTUp Day, upon accepting the award.

Congratulations to all the winners! The competition recognizes Estonian companies that, despite challenges, have achieved success through ingenuity and consistent work. Knowing that our alumni contribute to the development of these companies on a daily basis makes us very happy.
