The programme aims to educate specialists who can implement ICT solutions to management processes of enterprises and thus help companies grow through more added value created. Qualified students should have a bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent in economics, mathematical sciences, technology sciences (including IT).<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Level of study:<\/strong> Master&#8217;s<br \/>\n<strong>Study language:<\/strong> English<br \/>\n<strong>Duration and credits:<\/strong> 2 years, 120 ECTS<br \/>\n<strong>Form of study:<\/strong> Regular study<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Tartu<br \/>\n<strong>Student places:<\/strong> 30<br \/>\n<strong>Tuition fee:<\/strong> 3,800 EUR\/year<br \/>\n<strong>Tuition waivers:<\/strong> 13<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/ut.ee\/en\/curriculum\/innovation-and-technology-management\"><strong>Apply<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n<hr \/>\n<h3>What will you get?<\/h3>\n<p>We welcome students who would not only like to be programmers or system managers but are also interested in management, innovation and entrepreneurship. We can also turn it another way around \u2013 students who already are interested in the latter but would like to know more about implementing ICT solutions to those processes.<\/p>\n<p>Upon completion the curriculum successfully, a student:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>has a systemic overview of innovation theories and innovation policy;<\/li>\n<li>has deep knowledge in some field of research and\/or application of \u00a0innovation or technology management;<\/li>\n<li>is independently able to identify and formulate research questions in the field of innovation and technology management as well as find suitable methods to answer those;<\/li>\n<li>can collect, analyse and interpret data of company from strategic and operational level using appropriate methods and evaluation criteria to measure the productivity of the company;<\/li>\n<li>can use different methods to analyse company business processes to propose improvements and to measure implementation efficiency;<\/li>\n<li>is able to do business with digital products and manage those;<\/li>\n<li>is familiar with developments in technology and has a positive attitude towards life-long learning;<\/li>\n<li>is collaborative and can communicate with different stakeholders, is able to lead meetings and workshops.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Facilities<\/h3>\n<p>Studying is flexible and allows you to reconcile work and university life.<\/p>\n<p>The studies take place in the University of Tartu Delta Centre. Opened in 2020, the Delta Centre comprises academic and research and entrepreneurship buildings and brings together more than 3000 students, lecturers, researchers, and company development employees.<\/p>\n<p>The academic and research building accommodates the Institute of Computer Sciences, the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics, the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Innovation and some laboratories of the Institute of Technology.<\/p>\n<h3>After graduation<\/h3>\n<p>After graduation, students have an opportunity to work as innovation or process managers in any company that is already implementing or planning to implement ICT solutions in their processes. Students can also start their own company, especially as a consultation business in implementing ICT solutions or work in the public sector in innovation policy or digitalisation.
