On August 23, 2021, the pan-European physical activity campaign MyPromise Europe will start at the Delta Center of the University of Tartu.<\/strong><\/p>\n

MyPromise Europe is a person-to-person campaign<\/strong> where physically active and athletic people invite their less-active family members, friends, colleagues, schoolmates and sisters to exercise and sport. Just come up with a specific loved one or friend, get in touch and invite them to go hiking, walking or jogging together, ride a bike or even play badminton. Whatever your mode of movement and sport, everything works!<\/p>\n

As part of the opening event of the campaign, a TALK SHOW of Health and Sports Stories<\/strong>, led by J\u00fcri Muttika<\/strong> and Tanel Talve<\/strong>,\u00a0will take place, in the framework of which many well-known sports people, health experts, opinion leaders and thinkers will share their thoughts.<\/p>\n

In addition, the ABCs of starting with the following sports are reflected by experts in their field: cycling<\/strong>, running<\/strong>,\u00a0roller skating<\/strong>, archery<\/strong>, triathlon<\/strong>, school sports<\/strong>, village sports<\/strong>, skiing<\/strong>, fitness<\/strong> and aerobics<\/strong>, alpine skiing<\/strong>, dance<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n

The #MyPromise Europe campaign is organised by SCULT Foundation, an international healthy lifestyle social enterprise. The campaign is supported in various forms by the Erasmus+ Sport project, the Estonian National Health Insurance Fund, the National Foundation of Civic Society, the Ministry of Culture, and the Nordic Council of Ministers.
